Size Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for refunds. We only offer size exchanges under the following conditions...

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Requesting an Exchange:
- To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@contradasanta.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
- Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional cannot be exchanged.
- Customized or personalized items are also non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are not possible if the desired product is out of stock.
