Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We only offer product and size exchanges under the following conditions...

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and the hygiene seal/liner intact, in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have been tried on over your own underwear only.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Requesting an Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@contradasanta.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
- Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional cannot be exchanged.
- Customized or personalized items are also non-exchangeable.

Exchanges are not possible if the requested size or product is out of stock.
